State of the Art Procedures for Managing Skin and Vein Conditions
The Saunders Skin and Vein Centre is unique in our region. We provide a range of state of the art procedures for managing vein disease only available in a few centers across the country. Dr Saunders is an expert in injectible therapies including all forms of sclerotherapy for veins, botox and soft tissue fillers (restylane, teosyal) for both anti-aging and facial contouring.

Vein Services
Treatments for varicose and spider veins have evolved rapidly over the last few years. The SSVC staff are committed to offering you the broadest most technologically advanced methods available. The attention to detail will be evident early in your experience with a comprehensive consultation by Royal College certified surgeons. Every patient will undergo a detailed ultrasound examination. This ensures that underlying reasons for your vein disease are identified and attended to.
EVLT or endovascular laser treatment for large varicose veins provides the most effective alternative to vein stripping without the need for general anesthesia, lost work or scars on the leg. It's truly a revolution. Advanced techniques like ultrasound and image guided foam sclerotherapy allow for the elimination of large branch varicose veins that would otherwise require surgical removal. We also offer traditional small vein sclerotherapy with a goal of giving you the most complete, durable result possible for the lowest overall cost in your dollars and time.
Cosmetic Services
Our expertise with the sclerotherapy needle meshes seamlessly with the cosmetic services we provide. Botox is an amazing product that delivers what it promises unlike wrinkle and anti-aging creams. Freshen your appearance and eliminate age related wrinkles subtly over a few weeks. No wrinkles that bother you? Consider the rejuvenating benefit of contouring your eyebrow with a botox brow lift or uplifting the down turned corners of your mouth that give you an unhappy appearance. Lines on your neck that give away your age can also be erased with botox.
Soft tissue fillers like restylane and teosyal are equally amazing products. Using the most updated techniques we offer a wide variety of options to make you look beautiful no matter what your age. Nasolabial folds, marionettes lines, smoker's lines, cheek bone contouring, tear trough (bags under the eye) correction and eye brow lifts are some of the popular procedures we offer. These products are different but very much complementary to botox injections and are often used together.
